About the Enneagram

The Enneagram is a system, of nine personality types which is a powerful  tool for personal growth and self-understanding. It is a subtle and complex system which has drawn the interest of academics, psychoanalysts and business leaders. It was developed by spiritual communities as a tool for growth. The Enneagram’s conceptual framework can be used to enhance relationships, as well as to develop team building, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Scholars at such distinguished universities as Stanford Business School, University of California, and Loyola University in Chicago have studied and implemented the Enneagram; yet it is clear, straight-forward and accessible to all. The Enneagram is similar to other insight-based personality systems but it is more specific, practical and broader-reaching in its impact than Myers-Briggs or True Colours. It provides a powerful framework for continual personal and community development.
